backing out of a
commission for reasons
of divorce , impatience
with me or the amount of
time it is taking to
complete or receive your
doll, suddden money
problems, wanting your
commission immediately
just so you can turn
around and sell it , and
change of mind do not
qualify, as a rare
circumstance. Your doll
will be completed and
sent to you when I the
artist feel it is a
completed work of art.
Please do not email me
asking if I am still
repainting because your
commission isn't on the
list. I've been repainting
since 2003****
I'm not going to stop
unless I'm dead, thank
you.
Layaway and Payment
Policies.
Paypal, Western
Union,and money orders
are accepted.
Layaway is available on
purchases of $350.00 or
more.
50/50 Layaway Plan
Your first payment due at
time of purchase or
within 7 days of Auction
end.
The remaining balance
owed will be due in 30
days from which I
receive your payment (for
auctions 30 days from
when auction ends).
This cannot go past 30
days unless you arrange
it with me first.
Layaway payments are
non-refundable.
Payment expected within
7 days,
or the doll will be put up
for sale/auction again.
There is a Limit of 2
dolls on layaway at one
time....until the final
balance is paid unless I
have worked with you
before.
***Auction Dolls are the
only dolls that have the
exclusive shipping
guarantee. ***
In Regards to auctions:
If I have no
communication, and
have to open a dispute to
receive payment or get
communication this voids
the terms of auction
therefore breaking the
contract and I as the
seller have the right to
relist the doll or place in
my salesroom.
If payment is made after
a dispute is filed I will
hold off on shipping for
3-4 days to make sure
there is not a credit card
reversal. This has
happened to me before
when someone got into
someone's account and
paid for a doll with a
fraudulent credit card..I
sent the doll and the
money was reversed ebay
account closed within 2
days of getting payment
and shipping.
